Description
Mercyhealth System is currently seeking board a certified/board eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our excellent team of collaborating Physicians throughout the Rockford Illinois Region!Opportunity:
- Craft YOUR practice! We support the private practice model as an employed physician.

- Partner with experienced MFM specialists at the Northwest Regional Perinatal Center and Level III NICU
- Vast multi-subspecialty referral sources onsite
- EPIC EMR.
- Teaching institution; opportunity to teach med students, FM/IM residents and NP/PA students
- Shared call
Qualifications:
- MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Residency Trained from an AGGME accredited program.
- The ability to communicate clearly and work as a member of a team.
- Have a passion to make lives better.
- Skilled at providing exceptional care.
Compensation & Benefits:
Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee (based on MGMA guidelines) leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package:
- Range $325k-$485k
- Paid CME, malpractice, and licensure
