• Approximate annual delivery volume, 150 deliveries per year
• In hospital volume noted at 4 to 6 patients

Schedule

• Call only coverage, scheduled as 24 hour call blocks
• Beeper call for both OB and GYN, 30 minute response time
• Typical call activity, 0 to 5 call backs, 0 to 3 phone consults
• Admissions listed at 4

Cases and Procedures

• Low and high risk pregnancies, vaginal deliveries and complicated deliveries
• C sections, including breech, multiples, abruptions, VBACs
• 3rd and 4th degree laceration repairs
• In office gynecology, open and laparoscopic surgical procedures

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• North Carolina license required, will not wait for license
• ACLS required
