$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Rate: USD $74,152 to $99,112

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Clinical Director California state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Clinical Director program
• One year of work experience as Clinical Director
• One year of EMR experience
• NRP Certification

Qualifications for Med-Surg and Ortho/Trauma:

• NEEDS TO HAVE STRONG CURRENT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE WITHIN Med-Surg.
• Prefer someone who has been a charge RN in acute care in MedSurg either that or someone who has been a staff RN for at least two years on a MedSurg unit and it needs to be recent

Qualifications for Oncology:

• NEEDS TO HAVE STRONG CURRENT EXPERIENCE ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE WITHIN Oncology.
• They prefer someone who has been a charge RN in acute care in Oncology either that or someone who has been a staff RN for at least two years on a Oncology unit and it needs to be recent
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse Diploma

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
