Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology in Tennessee - 2 To 3 Day Weeks, Low Call Volume
This OB GYN role offers a flexible mix of clinic and inpatient coverage with shorter weekly commitments and manageable call expectations.
Highlights
- Only 2-3 days per week to start
- Low-intensity beeper call with minimal callbacks
- Full scope OB GYN practice
- Ongoing assignment with weekly blocks
Practice & Cases
- Combination of outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage
- 15-20 clinic patients per day
- 2-4 inpatient patients daily with rounding and admits
- Full scope including deliveries, C-sections, and minor GYN procedures
Schedule
- 2-3 day weekly coverage transitioning into longer blocks
- Mix of clinic days and call coverage
- Beeper call with light volume
- Opportunity to group shifts into weekly assignments
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Tennessee license required
- ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required
