4-Day Week | Optional Deliveries | High-Support Model
An established OB/GYN group in Southern California is seeking a BC/BE physician to join a high-demand, well-supported practice across Los Angeles and Orange County.
Practice
* 4-day schedule (3 clinic + 1 surgery day)
* ~25 patients/day (accounts for ~20% no-shows)
* Mix of clinic + in-office procedures
* Deliveries optional (supported by Medicera)
* 60+ support staff handling triage, labs, and documentation
* EMR: eClinicalWorks
Call
* 1:7 shared call
* ~1 weekday evening/week (7p–7a)
* 1 weekend/month (Fri/Sat coverage)
