OB/GYN | Central Nebraska | $460K Base + Incentives | 8 Weeks PTO

Join a collaborative women's health team within a well-established regional healthcare system serving Central Nebraska. This full-scope OB/GYN role offers advanced clinical resources, subspecialty support, and flexibility for both experienced physicians and new graduates.

Position Highlights

• Collaborative team with physician and certified nurse midwife support
• Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with access to Da Vinci robotic surgery
• Level III trauma center with Level III NICU and dedicated Labor & Delivery services
• Optional teaching opportunities through an academic affiliation with a regional medical school
• Dedicated ultrasound services in both the clinic and hospital
• Advanced women's imaging services, including breast imaging, available onsite

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with approximately 20 clinic hours per week
• Team-based care model designed to support work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $460,000 plus productivity incentives

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
• Eligible for medical licensure in Nebraska
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
